Ingredients
  • 3 oz portion flank steak, grilled and cut into strips
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup garbanzo beans
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • sliced cheese
Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Sprinkle your favorite cheese on top
  3. Drizzle your Balsamic Vinegar on top . Enjoy
